Whenever you buy a device by cash among the devices that we offer to you in Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches and get 250 MB or 1 GB mobile internet package for your mobile phone at DISCOUNT for 6 months

How can I join the campaign?
In order to join the GEZZ campaign at discount via your mobile phone, all you need to do is;
Buying in cash any device you choose among the devices we offer to you and texting ABONE 250 or ABONE 1 to 1111.

**Please do not forget to register your mobile number that you want to use the discounted package advantage while purchasing your device in cash.

For how many months the campaign will continue?
The campaign will be available for your use for 6 months (185 days). The period of 185 days will start when you receive the offer via SMS. If you join the campaign after 3 months you receive the offer SMS, there will be 3-months (93 days) remained you can use during the campaign.

If you already have 250 MB or 1 GB package subscription already, your period of 185 days will automatically start without the need for SMS and your subscription renewal will be made over the discounted package.

I bought a device in cash. Can I get benefit from Discounted Package Advantage with two different lines of mine?
No. You have the discount advantage only for one line for each device purchased in cash.

I provided wrong information mistakenly when I bought the device, and I want to take advantage of the campaign for the other line I have, What should I do?

If you have mistakenly provided not the phone number you want to use the advantage for, but it is a wrong number; you can call our Call Center by 444 0 533 or visit Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL Branches.

**Once you start the campaign, the change will not be enabled.

How will I get charged for the campaign?
The charges for post-paid line users;

250 MB Mobile Internet Package = 15 TL = 9 TL

1 GB Mobile Internet Package = 29 TL = 19 TL

For pre-paid line users;

250 MB Mobile Internet Package = 250 Units = 150 Units

1 GB Mobile Internet Package = 480 Units = 315 Units

I already have a mobile internet package subscription currently, what should I do if I buy a device in cash?
If you already have a 250 MB or 1 GB mobile internet package subscription, the discounted price will be reflected automatically at renewal date of your subscription. You do not need to join the campaign by a SMS again.

If you currently have a 50 MB or 100 MB mobile internet package subscription, you need to change it for the packages we offer at discounted prices by texting to 1111 by typing ABONE 250 or ABONE 1.

What should I do if 250MB or 1GB limit within the meaning of the discounted package subscription runs out at mid-month?
The post-paid line users will be charged over the rate of 0.09 TL/MB package limit excess until the package renewal date.
The pre-paid line users will be charged over the rate of 0.10 Unit / KB until the package renewal date.

Subscriptions shall be renewed in every 31 days. If you like, you can buy a second individual package prior to the renewal date of your package.

** Individual packages you have purchased will not be offered by discounted price.

Will the subscription I have be automatically cancelled at the end of 6 months?
If you do not answer the warning SMS that you will receive after expiration of 6 months by typing ABONE IPTAL, discounted package subscription that you already have in your line will automatically continue at prices without discount offered.

I have prepaid line and my subscription could not be renewed due to lack of enough unit in my phone-line, what should I do?
If you load enough units to your phone-line and type ABONE 250 or ABONE 1 and send to 1111, the discounted package you have will resume.

** In case the period of 6 months (185 days) limit expires, your package will be priced over the current prices.

How can I query the remaining usage amount of 250 MB or 1 GB package provided under the campaign?
The post-paid line users can query their remaining amounts by typing BALANCE and sending to 1111.
The prepaid line users can query their remaining amounts by pressing *123*45#.

I have 2 Individual Packages on my line, can I benefit from the campaign?
You can maximum have 2 active individual packages on your line or 1 active individual package with 1 active subscription.
You can have maximum 2 active add-on packages on your line or 1 add-on package and 1 subscription at the same time.

Who can benefit from the campaign?
All subscribers, who have voice over lines, can benefit from the campaign.

Is there a limit to join the campaign?
No. There is no limit to join the campaign.

How can I cancel the campaign?
If you want to cancel and quit the campaign, text 1111 by typing ABONE IPTAL.
If you quit the campaign and if you do not start a new subscription or an add-on package, your usage will be charged at standard GPRS tariff.

I bought my device before the campaign, can I benefit from the campaign?
Yes. You can join the campaign by SMS. Please check how to join information of the campaign.

There is another device commitment on my line, however, I bought a device in cash. Can I benefit from the discounted package as a second package?
Yes, you can benefit from the discounted package as a second package even if there is a commitment on your device. All you need to do is to text 1111 by typing ABONE 250 MB or ABONE 1 GB.

Can I also use the discounted package abroad?
No. The discounted package is valid only within the borders of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

What should I do while buying device in cash?
Do not forget to give the IMEI number of purchased device and phone number that you will benefit from the advantage for while buying the device.
