Kuzey Kıbrıs Subscribers are talking freely with the one KKTCELL subscriber they choose!

If you are a postpaid subscriber, you can talk 10.000 minutes with one Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell subscriber you have chosen for 25 TL during a month.

If you are a prepaid subscriber, you can talk 2.500 minutes with one Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell subscriber you have chosen for 150 units during a week.

What is the SingleNo campaign?
SingleNo is a campaign that you can talk with your favorite Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL subscriber you have chosen with a fixed price in TRNC.

Who can benefit from the campaign?
All prepaid subscribers may benefit from the campaign. However, regarding postpaid individual subscribers, those who are using ASKER-KAMU and/or ÖĞRENCİ rateplans cannot use this campaign. All postpaid subscribers (excluding ASKER, KAMU and ÖĞRENCİ tariff subscribers) may benefit from the campaign.

Will my tariff change if I buy the SingleNo package?
No. SingleNo package is additional package independent from the tariffs. Whatever your tariff is, you can buy SingleNo package.

I am already using a Package tariff, can I participate to the SingleNo Campaign?
Yes, if you are using a package tariff, you can also participate to the SingleNo Campaign.

I am using a limited line, can I participate to the campaign?
No you cannot participate to the SingleNo campaign if you are using a limited line. You can apply to the campaign only if you cancel the limit on your line.

How can I subscribe to the campaign?
By sending SMS to 8780 or through our customer services.

How can I subscribe to the campaign via SMS?
Write 'SINGLE', leave a blank, write 7 digit Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELLnumber that you have chosen and send to 8780. (For example: SINGLE 8XXXXXX). SMS that you have sent for subscription is free of charge.

Will my package be activated immediately?
Yes, your package will be activated immediately.

How long will my minutes provided with SingleNo package be valid?
If you are using postpaid line your package minutes will be valid for 31 days from the date of activation. if you are using prepaid line your package minutes will be valid for 7 days from the date of activation.

If I finish the minutes before 31 days/7 days, can I buy another package?
No, you cannot buy another package if you finish the minutes on your line before 31 days/7 days.

Can I buy a second package when I already have an active package?
No, you cannot apply for a second package if you already have an active package.

Can I query the remaining minutes?
If you are using postpaid line you can learn your remaining minutes by writing 'SINGLE REMAIN' and sending it to 8780.

If you are using prepaid line you can learn your remaining minutes by typing *123*23#YES on your mobile phone.

When I finish up all my minutes in the package, how will my calls to the selected Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL numbers be charged?
If your package minutes finish, your calls to the selected Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL  number will be charged according to your current tariff.

How will be the calls to other numbers be charged?
The calls to the other numbers will be charged according to your current tariff.

Do I need to reapply for SingleNo package subscription after 31 day / 7 day usage period?
Your package subscription will be renewed every 31 days automatically if you have a postpaid line, and every 7 days if you have a prepaid line until your cancel.

I am a prepaid subscriber using SingleNo package. Will I be informed when units will be deducted from my credit when the package will be renewed at the end of the 7 days?

Yes. You will be informed via SMS on the morning of the 7th day of your packet subscription. If there are sufficient units in your account, the necessary units will be deducted from your line.
If you have insufficient units in your account your package will be cancelled. You can reapply again and buy a new package when you have loaded units.

Will I be informed if there are insufficient units in my account?
Yes. If you do not have enough units in your account, you will be informed via SMS

Can I change the Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL  number that I have chosen?
Yes, you can change the Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL number when you have active package. However, you can start talking with the new number you have chosen only after your new package has been activated. For postpaid subscribers, you have to use the number for at least 1 month and for prepaid subscribers you have to use the number for at least 1 week.

How can I change the number I chose?
Write NEW, leave a blank, write 7 digit Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL number and send it to 8780 (For example; NEW 8XXXXXX). You can start talking with the new KKTCELL number when your new package has been activated.

How can I cancel my package?
To cancel your package subscription, write SINGLE CANCEL and send it to 8780. Your subscription will be cancelled after your active package has been finished.
