  • You can buy Turkcell T20 with contract or with cash payment. 
  • Within the scope of the contracted campaign, you can own the T20 for a price of 29 TL with monthly 250 MB internet package included for 24 months.
  • The cash sales price of the Turkcell T20 is 419 TL. (Internet package is not included in this price.)

What is Turkcell T-20 device campaign?
Under condition of payment in 24 months, Turkcell T-20 mobile phone and 250 MB internet package are only 29 TL per month;

When is the end date of the campaign?
End Date: Continuous

May subscribers in any tariffs benefit from the campaign?
Yes. All our subscribers with Individual and Corporate invoiced lines will be able to take advantage of this campaign by payment undertaking.

May I benefit from the campaign with my existing line?
Yes, you can benefit from the campaign with your existing line.

How can I participate in the campaign?
Participation in the campaign will be realized only from Northern Cyprus Turkcell Communications Centers (KIM). The products will be sold with a postpaid line by payment undertaking.

May I participate in the campaign over prepaid line?
No. Only subscribers using postpaid line may benefit from the campaign.

If my line is an un-billed, may I benefit from the campaign?
No. Our subscribers with un-billed line may not benefit from the campaign.

When my package under the scope of campaign will start?
Your package will be put into service within the same day with your contract.

What are the conditions to take advantage of the campaign?
PRE-CONDITIONS:
  • Conditions of buying invoiced line must be met
  • Must be completed 18 years of age
  • Identity Card, driver’s license for citizens of TRNC
  • For Turkish citizens work permit *and/or Residence permit” and passport
  • To be invoiced line user at least fro 6 months

CORPORATE SUBSCRIPTION:
  • Approval certificate issued by directors of last 6 months 
  • Copy of identity card of the director
  • Seal of the Company
  • Authorization letter (if to be signed by the Director)

*Documents valid for Work and Residence Permit; Student’s Certificate for students, Copy of TAF identity for members of the TAF, Students and Soldiers of foreign citizenship will be evaluated within “Student-Soldier” Category and will be able to take advantage of the campaign.

Do I need to make an extra participation every month to take advantage of package to be offered under the scope of the campaign?
No. Your package will be loaded automatically every month and will be valid during Contract term. As it has been stated in the Contract, you may take advantages of the campaign such as data transfers without any extra application.

What will occur in case that data transfers to be offered under the scope of campaign are used up?
In case that data limit given under the scope of the campaign is used up, you will be charged from 0.09TL/MB.

Will I be able to buy a second package in case that data limit is used up?
Yes, in the event that your data package is used up, you will be able to buy an extra package (Internet Package).

May I query any outstanding amounts under my package?
Yes. You will be able to query amounts of outstanding data by writing “DURUM” and transmitting to 7575.

Is there a limit on participation in the campaign?
Devices offered under the scope of campaign are limited with the inventory.

May I use given package anywhere?
No. Package given under the scope of the campaign is valid only within the territory of TRNC.

How will be the pricing after the contract expires?
After expiry of the Contract all your uses will be priced on your existing tariff.

Do I have the right to change the tariff or to denounce before the contract expires?
No tariff change may be done during the Contract term. In the event if you request to terminate the campaign given data package will be canceled. And also, if you request to terminate campaign before 8 months, you will be asked to pay full price of device (419TL) and if you terminate campaign after 8 months, a CANCELLING PRICE at the amount of outstanding device price will be reflected to your line.

The device that I received is lost / stolen. Will the invoice continue to be reflected to my GSM line?
Yes. Even if you lose the device, monthly contract price will be reflected to your invoice until the expiry of Contract.

What will I do if the device I received is out of order?
You can follow up the defective device through Northern Cyprus Turkcell Communication Centers.
