1. Internet usage without an internet package will be charged from the standard GPRS
2. Internet packages can only be used inland where covered by Kuzey Kıbrıs TURCELL. They can not be used abroad. The data you use abroad will be charged at the GPRS international roaming tariff.
3. If you are a postpaid subscriber, to find out the remaining data amount in your package, please type in DURUM and send to 1111 by a free SMS. If you are a prepaid subscriber, dial *123*45# for your remaining monthly data amount and *123*46# for your weekly package.
4. Unless the subscription is cancelled, monthly packages are renewed every 31 days and weekly packages are renewed every 7 days automatically. Single/Additional Packages are not periodically renewed packages.
5. For weekly packages, the unused amount of data will not be transferred to the next week and the same conditions apply to monthly packages as well.
6. The data downloaded and uploaded during internet use, will be deducted from the package amount. In case of excessive use, downloaded and uploaded data will be charged fromthe excessive use rates.
7. All the messages you send to 1111 to sign up, reply to questions, cancel your subscription and inquire the remaining MB amount, are free of charge. Text messages sent to 1111 are free of charge.
8. The upper limit principle does not cover the mobile internet via the phone subscription fee. 9. Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL reserves its right to change the validity dates of the internet packages and/or their rates.
Can I view all the internet pages with my mobile phone as view with my computer? If your handset supports internet, you can view all the pages with your mobile phone. However, the correct display of the pages depends on the browser, display size and the structure of the visited pages.
What is a mobile internet package via the phone? Mobile internet packages allow you to connect to internet via the phone for the most economic prices.
What are the subscription packages? Subscription packages are renewed automatically at the end of the package period. Monthly packages are renewed every 31 days and weekly subscriptions are renewed every 7 days.
What is a single/additional package? Single/additional packages are the mobile internet packages via the phone which you can use without subscription .
If I finish the package before the end of the month, how will the excess use be charged? 0.9 TL/MB for postpaid lines (includingVAT and SCT) and 0.1 UNITS /MB for Yeşil Kart lines.

Do I need to cancel my current package if I wish to upgrade it? No. Simply ask for your new package. For example: When you finish your 100 MB subscription and wish to upgrade to 250 MB subscription, type in ABONE 250 and send to 1111 by SMS and confirm.
How can I cancel my mobile internet subscription? To cancel your weekly or monthly package subscriptions, type in IPTAL and send to 1111 by a free SMS.
How can I cancel single or additional packages? Since single/additional packages are non-renewing packages, they cannot be cancelled. Cancellation can only be done for the subscription packages.
When the internet package is cancelled, will the remaining data amount be deleted? No. When you cancel your mobile internet subscription, you can carry on using your remaining rights until the expiry date of your package.
