Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Citizens.
ID card, Driving License or Passport Photocopy.
TC Citizens.
Identification Card or Passport Photocopy.
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus work or residence permit on a Turkish Passport.

The charge for this procedure is 9 TL, VAT included, and will be reflected on your next statement

Important: To obtain a new post-paid line you must not also own a Kuzey Kıbrıs TURKCELL line on which there is a balance owing.
